The B475 VULCAN V2 is a packable & lightweight insulating mid-layer featuring PrimaLoft® Gold insulation. Paired with a windproof and water-resistant Nylon MiniRip outer to provide exceptional thermal efficiency & breathability without the bulk, even when wet.
Based on user feedback we have made two adjustments to our B474 VULCAN to create the B475 VULCAN V2. First, we added pit zips with mesh gussets, allowing you to dump heat fast when you get active. Secondly, we moved the pocket placement just a little to allow for more comfortable access.
Between its inner and outer wind-proof layers, the jacket boasts 100gsm of Primaloft® Gold across the body and 60gsm across the arms, meaning excellent thermal properties without the unwanted bulk.
The design and fit keep the operator in mind. The two large front pockets have dual opening zips, providing flexibility and internal slots provide convenient storage for mobile or comms units.
The two front pockets feature concealed adjustment points that allow for easy use without the risk of them interfering with weapon draw. The spacious hood can be fully adjusted across three points to give maximum control over fit.
All this is contained in a form factor so lightweight that it can be packed into its own pocket.
